By downloading, accessing, or using GetHaully (the "App"), operated by SynPrism ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
GetHaully helps you photograph items for resale, identifies them using AI, researches an estimated resale price, and writes the results to your own Google Sheet. GetHaully is a tool to assist with inventory management. It doesn't list, sell, or handle transactions for your items on any marketplace, including Whatnot.
You must sign in with a Google account to use GetHaully. You're responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for all activity that happens under it. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use GetHaully.
Photos you submit are processed briefly to identify your item and are not stored by GetHaully. Everything GetHaully creates on your behalf (photos, spreadsheets, folders) is stored in your own Google Drive, under your own Google account, and you own and control that content. GetHaully uses AI to identify items and research resale pricing. This information is provided as a starting point, not a guarantee. Item identifications may be incorrect, and price estimates are not appraisals, professional valuations, or financial advice. You're responsible for reviewing and confirming all details before using them to list or sell an item.
GetHaully offers monthly subscription plans and one-time item packs, each with a limited number of items you can process per period. Subscriptions and item packs are billed through Apple's App Store using your Apple ID, and are subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies. We don't process payments directly or control Apple's billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, through your Apple ID account settings, not within the App. You can view and manage your subscription anytime in your iPhone's Settings.
You agree not to use GetHaully to identify or list items that are illegal to sell, stolen, counterfeit, or that violate the terms of any marketplace you intend to sell on, including Whatnot. You agree not to attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload GetHaully's systems.
We may suspend or terminate your access to GetHaully if we believe you've violated these Terms or misused the service. You can delete your account at any time from Settings within the App. This removes your GetHaully account and item history but does not affect anything already saved in your own Google Drive.
GetHaully relies on third-party services, including Google (for sign-in, Drive, and Sheets) and AI processing providers, to function. We're not responsible for outages, changes, or issues with those third-party services that are outside our control. GetHaully is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whatnot or Google.
GetHaully is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that item identifications and price estimates will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SynPrism is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GetHaully, including losses related to incorrect item identification, pricing estimates, or issues with your Google account or Drive data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], without regard to conflict of law principles.
