How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. This removes your GetHaully account and item history. Your Google Drive photos and inventory sheets are not affected, since GetHaully never stores them there in the first place.

Where are my photos stored?

GetHaully never stores your photos. They're uploaded directly to your own Google Drive using your own Google account, and only pass through our systems briefly to identify the item. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do subscriptions and item limits work?

Each plan includes a set number of items you can process per month. You can check your usage and upgrade anytime from Settings in the app. If you're between plans, item packs are available for a small one-time purchase.
