GetHaully ("GetHaully," "we," "us"), a product of SynPrism, is a mobile app that helps you photograph items you're reselling, identifies them using AI, researches a resale price, and writes an inventory row into your own Google Sheet. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and — most importantly — what happens to your photos.
GetHaully does not store your photos. When you take a photo, it's sent to our server just long enough to identify the item and estimate a price (up to one hour), and is then automatically and permanently deleted. The only place your photos are actually stored is your own Google Drive, uploaded there directly using your own Google account.
Because GetHaully never keeps a copy, we don't offer any backup of your photos. If you delete them from Google Drive, or lose access to your Google account, GetHaully cannot recover them for you.
GetHaully is built to help you create public resale listings. Photos and files are stored and formatted in a way meant to be shared as part of your listings — treat anything you photograph as something that could end up visible to others. Please don't photograph anything you wouldn't want potentially public.
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google to create your GetHaully account.
Usage data. We keep a record of the items you process — title, category, condition, quantity, estimated price, and timestamps — along with references to the Google Drive folder and Google Sheet GetHaully created for you (just the IDs, not their contents). This powers your in-app stats (like items processed this week) and lets us maintain and improve the service.
We do not store the photos themselves, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
On our servers, we store: your Firebase account ID, email, display name, and profile photo URL; the ID of the Google Drive folder and Google Sheet we created for you; and a history of the items you've processed (title, category, condition, price estimate, timestamp, and processing cost) for your own stats and our service operations. We do not store photo files.
You can delete your GetHaully account at any time from Settings. This removes your account record and usage history from our systems. It does not delete anything from your Google Drive or Google Sheets — those were never ours to delete, and remain fully under your control since they live in your own Google account. Because your inventory data already lives in your own Google Sheet, you always have full access to export it.
GetHaully is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
